Dr. Matt and Dr. Jeromy Discuss Anti Inflammatory Supplements

Ideally we would all like to have our food sources have all the anti inflammatory properties we need.

In reality we do not live in that world.  The food we eat is definitely more about convenience and taste, which in all honesty is what we were all going for.

The problem is that we created a time that what we have sacrificed from our food has had some consequences we were not intending.

That is where supplements come into play.  In many instances we need supplements to do just that.  Supplement the foods we used to get naturally.

Today we are going to introduce you to some of the many supplements that can be used in our daily lives that we can get a hold of a major contributer to that conditions that ail us.
